1. Who we are
EPA 608 Prep is published by StudyRig. Contact: support@studyrig.app. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. What the app is
The app is a study aid for the EPA Section 608 technician certification exam. It is not the exam and it does not issue any certificate. StudyRig is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or any certification provider. We check the content against the official sources named in the app, but rules change and mistakes can happen. For official requirements, rely on the EPA sources linked in the app. We do not promise that you will pass an exam.
3. Free version
Part of the app is free to use without a plan, as described in the app.
4. Plans and billing
Full access is sold as a weekly plan or a monthly plan. The price and the period are shown before you buy. Payment is taken by the store you bought from (Google Play or the App Store) through your store account. We never see your card details.
Each plan renews automatically at the end of its period, at the price shown, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your store account. In Google Play, open Subscriptions, choose the plan and tap Cancel subscription. On iPhone and iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. After you cancel, full access stays until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made. Deleting the app does not cancel a plan.
If we change a price, the store tells you in advance and you can cancel before the new price applies.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own refund policy. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. Your data
The app has no accounts. Your study progress stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair use
The app is licensed to you for personal study. Do not copy, resell or republish the questions, explanations, diagrams or other content.
8. Changes
We may update the app, its content and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, StudyRig is not liable for indirect losses or for the outcome of any exam. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
